    Evening everyone,

    Great loss @bubbs xx

I took a holiday today but still did Pay in group. Our Social Team only weigh every three weeks or so - must be at the discretion of the consultant ??

I took a peanut hifi bar with me and had 1 WM toast, poached egg and mushrooms when I got home. Lunch was a frozen JP (1), salad, pickles and 30g strong cheddar. Dinner was creamy mustard pork with steamed Savoy cabbage - free/S.

Our Aldi shop came in at £71 for the
week but I popped to Sainsbobs after for crème fraiche, Quark, a lemon and some tagliatelle. They didn’t have Quark but DS2 picked some up at Tesco for me. Total spend just shy of £75. I don’t buy frozen meat or fish either @Mrs_Ryan as we prefer fresh.

Have a good evening all xx

I buy fresh meat but do freeze it, don't buy frozen meat, rarely eat fish but when i do it's fresh.
I don't buy frozen veg either, it's just not like fresh veg.

I dread to think really how much i spend on shopping , but if i have not got the money can't buy it, that's my philosophy and i don't waste food and use olio alot.

Well dh is trying to lose a bit but was missing pudding as he does not like my ice cream, so i made a big cheese cake today from the app, but the jelly didn't stay on the top like in the pic 🤣🤣 but it looked ok and he wolfed a slice down, it works out 6.5 syns for this size slice, my pudding was 2 syns.

Doesn't like your ice cream! What's wrong with the man! 🤣 Glad to hear he approves of the cheesecake. 😉

The salmon and dill linguine was a big success. Thanks again for the recipe @MrsRyan. It was delicious and we'll definitely have it again. 😋 I used a pack of smoked trout that I got YS in Asda and dried dill but it all worked out fine.

I substituted peas for green beans as I find them a bit woody/chewy. I used to enjoy them reheated in garlic butter with bacon but that was pre SW.

Like @bubbs, I mostly home freeze meat (and fish). I get what I can either YS or large packs that I portion up as it's just the two of us.

Are the social team members at target @Coxy11? 🤔 If so, they wouldn't need to weigh every week. There obviously is discretion though as @SingleSue has a similar arrangement because of her work commitments.

I know Maman, crazy man 🤣🤣🤣

    Oh yes Beanie 😁😁😁

Our consultant was talking to a few of us today she wants our group perm, but SW says she can't as not her area! I said well they can't get anyone so what is the issue? So few people are going to email HO

Afternoon all, home from our couple of days away and the fridge decided to play up again!  We've made the decision we are going to have to buy a new one and they ain't cheap!  The one which will fit is £1,500 + fitting!  Not a happy bunny but it's still cheaper than a new motorhome!

That's madness @bubbs about SW saying your consultant is out of area - what difference does it make to them where the consultant lives?  Hope members emailing HO produces the right solution!  Agree your DH must be made not liking your ice cream!

Not been completely on plan over the weekend but not as bad as it could have been - highish syn on Friday night and virtually syn free yesterday - just a few syns for a very small piece of blue cheese.  Stuck to 0% G&T to drink.

    Today I'm back on plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
    L - burger, onions, gherkins in soft pitta - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - honey roasted gammon joint, roast potatoes, roasted veg, green veg - P; S; F; 1.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - soft pitta
    Syns - 0.5Tbs 1.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Gosh that's expensive for a fridge replacement @joedenise but has to be worth it to make the MH usable. it's not just the SW friendly meals you take with you but even basics like milk would be difficult to store. Well done for sticking with the 0.5 % gin!

I know SW always try to recruit by approaching existing members but I can't see why it matters where people live @bubbs ? 🤔 Surely, any travel costs would be down to the individual anyway.

I'm taking advantage of this first week or so since WI to have some of the meals that are a bit more synful. We're having pork today and I invariably pick at a bit of crackling and really enjoy the gravy and the vegetable trivet which must have some fat in it along with the meat juices. It's much easier to be sure of syns when we're having HB steaks or beef in red wine (stock pot).

It's a really lovely day here today, warm and sunny and the washing basket is now empty! 👍🏼

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, fried egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk
    L- Spanish omelette (P,S,F), pickles (S)
D- JO roast pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wine😁

    Hi everyone,

Yes all social team are target members and weigh when they like! Agree that it’s bonkers about your consultant @bubbs given they are always running opportunity events (seems to be one a month around here).

I went to a boot fair this morning and took tea and a hifi. Had weetabix, strawberries, blueberries and Mullerlight when I got home. Lunch was a useup of 100g of chickpea pasta with some Parmesan and black pepper. Won’t be buying it again as texture is odd. Think probably ok if you are low carbing? Dinner is smoked salmon and courgette tagliatelle from Free Foods A-Z.

I’m in the office tomorrow so need to prep overnight oats and get freezer surprise out for my lunch!

Annoying about the MH fridge @joedenise but glad you enjoyed your break x

Gutted about football as I had England in the office sweepstake! 😭

    Afternoon all

    What a pain Denise!!
I forgot to say the dish washer started working again 🤔 but looking on line as to why it stopped it said about water sitting in the bottom (underneath, not the floor the machine) but the hot weather and not using it but have dried it out.

Our Social team are not all target members, nor is Friday group i go occasionally.

I know it's crazy about consultant and she only lives about 8 miles away, no one is going forward though to be one.

I had  4 ryvita hexb, ham, half hexa cheese spread, tomato, cucumber and a plum.

Tea, i am having picky plate and am i in for a treat 😂 pork pie, scotch egg, chicken, freshly cooked beetroot , loads speed 😋😋😋 all free!
