Sending you big hugs @Coxy11.🤗 I suppose if he's adamant about flying back then you have to go along with it. I can't believe that cats come first though. Hope he gets rapid treatment wherever it is.

Glad yesterday went as well as those things can @bubbs.  Good luck for WI tomorrow 🤞you’re still in target.

So sorry to hear about your dad @Coxy11; a very worrying time.  Unbelievable that your stepmum thinks cats are more important than your dad’s health.  Hope he gets the necessary treatment as soon as he gets back to Cyprus.

Well done @maman on getting back into target.  The way things are going I think I’m going to be struggling to get back there!

    Evening everyone

How lovely with the spud, @bubbs. My late DDad often sends me little signs too.
Sorry to hear about your dad as well, @Coxy11. Hope all goes well.

My arm is in a mess- I had a blood test this morning but they couldn’t get any blood! I’ve got a horrid purple bruise, but all I’m bothered about is my brand new tattoo which is very near it.. 🙈I’ve done a great big shop today. Suitably stocked up with SW friendly stuff but blimey it’s not cheap is it! £110 on one weeks shop!

i did the bulk of my shop in Aldi which kept costs relatively down but I also bought a load of SW frozen stuff from Iceland, and some stuff from Tesco that Aldi don’t sell or didn’t have in stock- things like sugar free Tango, hot smoked salmon and garlic paste. I also got my tomatoes, flat peaches and a huge pack (40 small bottles but I drink a lot of it) of water from Costco. Fridge, freezer and cupboards suitably full.

I’ve spent the evening trawling Vinted. I’ve been lucky enough to get an audience ticket for the Real Full Monty so I get to watch it being filmed. But the dress code is strict and I’ve sold most of my clothes on Vinted because I never go anywhere anymore 😂no black, no floral… flipping heck that’s most of my wardrobe right there 😂I thought it would be a nice idea to wear peach as that’s the colour that represents the female cancer I had. So I’ve bought a lovely peach hoodie with silver stars on and an embroidered peach headscarf, plus a lovely blue top to go underneath. I have dark blue glittery trousers and glittery shoes as well. And a lovely pair of earrings (all of them off Vinted. I rarely buy anything from real shops anymore 😂)

    Todays menu:
B: 2 x WW wraps (HEXB +5.5) scrambled eggs, rocket, tomatoes. Flat peach
    L: Aldi sushi (2.5) Popchips (4.5) water
D- Heck Sweet Chilli Chicken sausages (2.5) SW chips, fried onions, salad with extra tomatoes and gherkins. Bliss coconut and dark chocolate bar (4)
S: Flat peach, Sipsmith FreeGlider Gin (0.0%) and diet lemonade.
    Syns: 19

    Lots of love xx

That does seem like a huge bill @MrsRyan but you are well stocked up on SW friendly food. 👍 I had much the same shock after my holiday because I'd emptied the fridge before I went and it's rare that's completely empty.

Enjoy your day on Sunday @bubbs and remember the good times . 🤗

Not posted for a few weeks but I'm still on plan.

Had a lovely weekend away with youngest for Formula E, we didn't overeat as such (we would look at the prices, go eek and end up at Tesco for a £3.40 pasta or sandwich meal deal) but I had a fair bit of bread which really doesn't agree with me and resulted in a temporary gain of 2lbs. It was gone within days but disconcerting when standing on the home scales.

I've not been well for more than a few weeks now (it's coming up to four weeks) and it reached the point where I contacted the GP, he couldn't see me (even though he said I really needed to be seen) but he said for me to have blood tests and an ultra sound and gave me a prescription for Lansoprazole. First appointment for blood tests is next Wednesday, 10 days after the call and no word at all on the ultra sound yet.

I had to call back today, the pain is awful and it is laying me really low, my appetite has gone (although I am still sticking to plan, just having to force myself to eat though retching at the thought of eating), feeling very weak and dizzy and just not feeling great at all, I'm seeing the doctor at the emergency clinic at our local cottage hospital tomorrow morning.

We have our official weigh in next Wednesday, I just hope all these tummy issues (and new prescription) will not have an adverse impact on it.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
  • Morning all,

Sorry to have read about your Dad @Coxy11 I hope the right decision for him is made in the end.

Had a good day on plan yesterday, and a lot more exercise than expected so feeling good today even if a little achey.

We are meant to be going to the balloon fiesta later today, but I'm secretly hoping for rain as it's such a faff to get there, parking is around £30 otherwise it's parking in Bristol, plus bus etc.

Need to grocery shop today so not entirely what I'll be eating yet.
