Morning all, a bright morning and for a change no rain forecast!  Need to go shopping today as won't have time tomorrow before or after group!  It's going to be a busy day - wax appointment 9.30am; group 10.30am in the next town.  Will get home around 12.30pm, have lunch and then off again for an appointment about the numbness I keep getting in my fingers and that is about an hour away as it's not at a local hospital or surgery.  Just hope they can find out what's causing it.  It's something I suffered with when I turned 60 and was told I'd probably need surgery on it within about 5 years and then it stopped happening and restarted about a year ago some 10 years later.

Another who likes your outfit and definitely wearable elsewhere.  I wear Sketchers all the time now they are so comfortable and very light weight as @maman says.  Hopefully you can find some that will fit your feet.

    Today's plan:

    B - toast and marmalade - HEB; 5.5
    L - stuffed peppers - HEA2; S; F
    D - keema curry, rice - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - butter 3.5; marmalade 2

    Have a good day.

    Morning all.

That's a very nice outfit @bubbs and can echo sketchers as a good place for comfortable shoes.  M&S wide fit also have some gems sometimes so might be somewhere else to look.

Hope you get some answers @joedenise - when I had a similar thing it turned out I was anaemic, had peripheral neuropathy and was starting to develop arthritis too (all in my 20's 😆) so hoping it's not as bad as all that!

Managed to go for a little walk after work last night which still tired me out.  DH was still coughing most of the night so didn't get a great night's sleep.  Had mango and lime for breakfast, lunch is going to be another picky salad plate and dinner is a veggie pasta bake using up mainly a lot of homegrown courgettes because we have A LOT.

Hope everyone has a good day.

    Morning all,

Lovely outfit @bubbs, good choice xx

I found a ready meal for 2 in the freezer - chicken and bacon pasta - so DH and DDad had that last night and I had leftover Spag Bol, all served with homegrown lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. I had a sneaky measured rum n pepsi max after as they were having a beer. Finished the day on 4.5 syns.

Looked on Olio last night and spotted some small WM Hovis loaves. The Food Hero is 2 streets away so messaged and walked up to get them. She asked if I wanted any salad too - so I also came away with a bag of sweet and crunchy lettuce plus 4 loaves which I've frozen.

Ocad0 delivery coming between 12noon and 1pm. No subs, hurrah. We have pup today and I'm dropping DDad to Sevenoaks and he'll get the train back or I will pick him up from Otford. We plan to see Oppenheimer tonight.

    Food today:
B - Weetabix choc melts, strawberries, blueberries, mullerlight vanilla - HEB, S, 0.5
    L - Cheese omelette, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles - HEA, P, S
D - sc gammon in pepsi max, cauliflower, tenderstem broccoli - P, S
    HEA - milk
    Syns - hi fi bar 3 plus 0.5 = 3.5 total

Beautiful outfit @bubbs and I love Sketchers too 😁

Walked to and from pilates last night and my left hip is feeling it this morning 🤣

Snap @Coxy11 same dinner minus the pepsi for us!

    Today's food:
B - bran flakes (HEB), f/f Greek yoghurt, strawberries
L - tuna salad with pickles
D - gammon joint, roasted carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes (DS will have potatoes too)

    Have a great day everyone!

Yes, sorry you're feeling battered and bruised @beanielou. Hope you feel better very soon.🤗

Well done for sticking with it @Coxy11 and you're doing well to stay well within syns. It should be even easier when your shop arrives. 👍🏼

You've got a really good menu today too @ruby_eskimo. 🤞🏼 you'll see off those final couple of pounds before your holiday but whatever happens you've done really well.

You're having a crazy time @joedenise, constantly driving all over the place. Hope you get some advice about your hands.

I'm not doing well on the fluids today so will start to address that as soon as I've finished posting. I used the last of the chilli from the freezer last night so need to batch cook some more. I'm going to make up some single portions too as I really enjoy chilli on a JP so it'll give some variety at lunchtimes.  Today's lunch was almost identical to yesterday, just different pickles! 🤣 I did enjoy it but I think variety is important or your body just gets used to same old.

I needed to go to the library this morning so bought some Frylight in Iceland. It's 3  for £5 which is only slightly more expensive than Aldi own brand. I prefer to buy Frylight if I can get it at a reasonable price as the sprays seem to work better (most of the time🤞🏼).

    Today's EE plan-
    B- HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- ham, egg (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- Austrian ham hash (P,F,S), cauli, broccoli, cabbages (S)
    Syns-0
