I'm planning on making a stew this week so will use some of the carrots but not all of them.  Definitely don't need any more carrots based soups in the freezer!  I've got carrot and coriander and carrot and lentil as well as mixed veg soups!

I've decided I'm going to make some hummus so will do doubt use some as carrot sticks to dunk so that will use another 2 or 3!

Think I'm going to have to do a google search and see what else I can find!

Whoohooo @ruby_eskimo that's an amazing loss, well done you!

Carrot fries, SW-styley? I love them raw but sometimes they don't love me and give me the hiccups.

I have done a meal plan and ordered the delivery to come between 12noon-1pm tomorrow. Plenty of speed fruit and veg on there. Popped out with DDad and picked up my H&B order, posted a parcel and went to Sains for lunch bits. Got some nice ham and rolls for DDad but picked up a veggie sushi box for me - 1.5 syns and 6 generous pieces. I love sushi.

Still don't know what we are having for dinner later. DDad walks very slowly and doesn't go food shopping as a rule, so he was wanting to look at everything and remark on the cost 'amazing' errr no not really!! Will have another rummage through the freezers and see what's there. Only the 3 of us tonight as DS2 is working 5pm-midnight.

I always do a few carrot fries when I'm making SW chips @joedenise just to up the Speed. I parboil mine along with the potatoes. They should freeze if you can't eat them soon, like the potato chips do.

I've just finished using up the JPs. roasts and chips I made to use up potatoes before I went on holiday. I found them really useful, will definitely do that again.

I still haven't tried freezing SW chips but really should.  I already freeze parboiled and sprayed carrots for roasting so not really any different to carrots chips!

We have a Skechers shop locally @bubbs but they sell some styles in Schuh and Shoe Zone. They're super comfortable and very light weight. Shuropody do some very similar styles too. Hope you get what you're looking for. 😊
