So pleased your meeting went OK @bubbs. It's good to get the date settled. 🤗

I must try chicken mince. I know I really like the meatballs with turkey mince (made 30 yesterday for the freezer) and I have made the same recipe for burger shapes. Mine are quite mild though, using dill and coriander.

    Morning everyone,

    That's a great result of only 0.5lb on @beanielou!

Lovely chicken burgers @bubbs - might have to try those. I do so love cherries too!

Weird day yesterday. Very little actual work to do and think bosses know I went for an IV, or maybe I'm just being paranoid. I ate some contraband yesterday in the form of chocolate, so will keep to a low syn day today to rein things in.

I'm WFH today then in the office tomorrow. Very much an end of term feeling as main boss is on leave on Friday and then two weeks so my work will drop off a cliff. Need to keep motivated.

    Food today:
    B - grilled bacon, poached egg, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, 1 x WM toast - P, S, 1/2 HEB
    L - hot smoked mackerel salad, pickles - 1.5, S
D - SW easy chicken curry with rice - free
    HEA - milk
    HEA - mini babybel
1/2 HEB - hi fi bar
    Syns - 1.5
