Morning all,
Thanks for the well wishes for today. Sore throat has gone (hurrah) helped by some paracetamol and going to bed at 9.30pm. I slept very well. DD is dropping me at the interview but I'm online with work now to do a few bits before I leave. Have told bosses I have an appointment but didn't specify what!
Yes BANMGAWF @bubbs was correct! Some new members joined and consultant attributed them to me so I get a free week. Gratitude for me helping her each week
I too don't think it'll be 3lb @beanielou !!
Don't blame you getting the takeaway @Longwalker - I would have done the same.
Food today:
B - Puffed wheat, mullerlight vanilla, strawberries, grapes, blueberries - HEB, 0.5, S, Free
L - Hot smoked mackerel, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles - 1.5, S
D - Nigella's pork chops with gnocchi - syns for gnocchi, cider and single cream - 5
HEA - milk
HEA - mini babybel
Syns - hi fi bar plus 7 so 10 total

Morning all. I'm also joining in on the gains for this week - 3lb for me 😔 Did have a few treats at the weekend so like others, drawing a line and moving on.
Glad you finally got stuff sorted @bubbs
Very grey here as well @joedenise so will have to put my washing on the airer today.
Good luck for your interview @Coxy11
Haven't had breakfast yet as feeling very bloated and not too hungry but have some raspberries to snack on when I am. Going to have a salmon salad for lunch and then dinner is a leek and gammon hash thing (basically just throwing lots of random leftovers into a pan and hoping for the best).

Morning all, I've lots to catch up on. Had a busy weekend stripping wallpaper at parents - don't ask!
Food was OK'ish yesterday but my halo slipped last night and I had a few gins! Don't normally feel the love for work so it's even worse this morning 🤣
Today's food:
B - fresh fruit salad, f/f Greek Yoghurt, Skinny syrup (0.5 syns)
L - Spanish omelette using up ham, potatoes, roasted veg from last night's dinner, pickles
D - chicken curry with rice
I still have HEB and HEA2 if I'm hungry tonight.0 -
Thanks @maddiemay!
I'm back! DD dropped me at the main entrance - nerves already shredded through her driving so was tachycardic by the time I got there
Nice panel of three, job is working for 2 of them. Thanks @ruby_eskimo for the competency question steers. I made some notes last night which came in handy. Should know tomorrow. Not sure I loved the role but definitely think I could do it and got the bus back which took 20 minutes even with changing onto a new bus halfway?! Got back to email saying anyone with my VR score won't be eligible and can managers score again, so messaged my boss and said 'pick me, pick me please' !!! Letters coming this week!
Well done to all those getting back on the wagon this week. I don't blame you having a few gins @Jellybaby - decorating prep is never fun, especially when it's not your own!!

Hope the interview goes how you want it to @Coxy11 - and your boss picks you! 😁 I'm getting VR that's one of the reasons I'm going early. I've been there forever and a day and the package was just too good to miss! I've since heard, plans are afoot to change the scheme so my timing was perfect - for once 🤣0

It happens @ruby_eskimo.☹ I always feel a bit down after a gain but then I tell myself you can't change the past, just the future. So, line drawn and move on! 👍🏼
I like a good hash too.😋 Sometimes it's from LOs but often just bits from the fridge.
Sounds like the interview went OK @Coxy11. Glad you've only got to wait until tomorrow to find out. 😊
I'm calculating 16.5 syns left based on my estimating for my meal out @joedenise but that's for 3 days. As I only have plans to use a tbsp of cornflour tomorrow, I should be fine. I still don't feel any thinner though. 🤔
I was going to have fish today but there's plenty of chicken left from yesterday so will have that instead.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- ham (P), 1 potato (F), veg hash and pickles (S)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), tomatoes, mushrooms, green stuff (S)

We all told you it wouldn't be as bad as 3lb @beanielou! Glad it was only half lb on though.
You know the scales would be accurate - they have to be regularly calibrated!

Hate to say I told you so @beanielou. But we did! 🤣0
