Perhaps you need to be a little more patient? You spoke with them yesterday and contacted online today? 

HMRC is very stretched at the best of times - repeated contacts only adds to delays.

I’m sorry I fully appreciate this. I just panicked when it said security checks as my wife lost her job recently and we have four kids and have been relying on this payment coming to get the car fixed. Just been a rough few months and I’m quite an anxious person. 

I’m just so worried about whether we will be able to get the car fixed and on another forum someone said they had been given wrong info so I thought I would check. 

I guess I will know more next week. Thanks for replying. 

Any luck this morning? Mine has changed from pending to issued 

Nope still pending.  Looks like it’s deffo checks for us. 

It'll be issued this week

I just realised that on my expensises figure I put a 6 instead of 5 at the beginning

If I amend it will it flag it to hmrc and delay it even more?

Nice one mate, I had the same a few years ago, called them up and got issued within a week

My bank details I put in were wrong and the money was pending but now it’s gone back to credit and have to request a repayment again. Does anyone know if I need to do anything else?

Mine too and submitted it on 6th starting to worry now… has it took longer than 10 days for anyone before?

Mine has been saying not yet used since the 6th..i went on hmrc web chat as can't get through on phone answered all the security questions. Took my bank details..said should be issued this wk unless it goes for security which will then take 6 wks..lets see what happens when hmrc site updates.
