What did you have to provide with? So much for the 6 weeks and it’s done.Sarahrees892 said:

So did you wait 6 weeks then get asked for all this information? Was it from a surf letter?Sarahrees892 said:Payslips, bank statements, proof of company's worked for and some general id they say its more of an id check rather then security check0 -
Yes from a surf letter which if you look it up online it tells you exactly what you need to send them so can get prepped just incase save some time hope this helpszab1234 said:

So I was told yesterday that my repayment had gone for security checks. However I spoke with the online people today and they said they can see no evidence of it going for checks as there would be a note on the account and there are none?Has anyone worked for HMRC and know anything about this? He also said as I’m still in the ten day window it wouldn’t have gone to checks yet anyway. I’m so confused!0

Perhaps you need to be a little more patient? You spoke with them yesterday and contacted online today?Mrh1019 said:So I was told yesterday that my repayment had gone for security checks. I’m sorry I fully appreciate this. I just panicked when it said security checks as my wife lost her job recently and we have four kids and have been relying on this payment coming to get the car fixed. Just been a rough few months and I’m quite an anxious person.[Deleted User] said:

Not at all. Try not to stress. Much of the ‘information’ on this thread is speculation - not always helpful!Mrh1019 said:
