  • Some people are just born to be that way, it's easy to say but don't worry about them, but when you've done nothing wrong their complaint won't be upheld.
Just remember you are good at your job, you would never have been offered the position if your employer thought anything different.
You have bought your forever house, thats not to be snifffed at. If it takes 10-15 years to get how you want it, don't worry because its yours and you've worked hard for it.

Some people only feel better if they’ve made someone miserable. We traded online for 18 years and had thousands of positives in feedback but you can guarantee we remember the half dozen negatives that were given. Draw a line under it and wish them love and light.

Thank you so much @beanielou @outoftheviciouscircle @lucielle @badmemory your kind words really mean such a lot to me and I appreciate every one xx

I received the written complaint which was 4 yes 4 A4 sheets long! Luckily we haven’t done anything wrong, selling houses isn’t fun especially in todays market and for some people our best will never be good enough!
I have very supportive managers who I love like my family who are guiding me through the process of my first complaint. I’m sure I’ll grow a harder skin over time and it won’t get to me quite so much!

Middle daughter is home today and we have a busy few days in the run up to our holiday, although she’s incredibly noisy and then her and youngest daughter just rev one and other up I love the noise because I really miss it when she’s gone but my parents not so much haha
we have her lovely girlfriend staying for a few days to so a full house again!

Nothing to report money wise as I have a lot to pay out this week and next but I’ll be back to it once I’m back from holidays

on the house front the people I’m buying from have their extension starting on 25th August so just a few finishing off jobs with the house before they start on phase 2, moving on well and as soon as that’s completed they will be moving in so things are picking up pace!!

sleep well everyone, and be kind always xx

Just a quick update from a very hot magaluf!
So far we have been under budget every day so it’s going quite well, have booked for pirates which is a show it’s excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Majorca, it was £208 we had a discount code for 30% off so that’s after the discount, it’s pricy but you get tea there, it’s a treat as we didn’t intend to go but as we are under budget so far we decided to do it, we also went to the water park today but still hoping when I tot up in the morning we are on budget or slightly under, well the strip is calling me to the pubs take care all 😘
