Agile was changed to 12 mth contract, locking in the lower s/c before April so it may be higher if you join now2

Just got my latest bill and I wasn't expecting a particularly good result, what with the daily average being around 18p for most of the month, so was pleasantly surprised to average 14.73p/kWh, which is still over 25% below the SVT.

As the ofgem cap continues to fall, the additional peak time premium (typically 12p) increases as a proportion of the unit price. When the price cap was ~34p/kWh, the additional 12p equated to a 35% premium, now that has risen to a 49% premium and will continue to rise as prices fall further.
