Yeah, the last 30 days were very good - so far I'm averaging at 6.8p, with total £44.. if it stays like this it will be a free month as also (finally) managed to convince a friend to join 😉

But the next weeks all looks exactly the same - boring - 50% off at odd times and 25% up during the peak. Or maybe I'm just too used to the great prices we had recently 😅

You can always amuse yourself by reducing usage overall as well as time-shifting, cooking with a microwave rather than electric oven, for instance, can work out a lot cheaper... on the upside no need to get the hoover out to soak up the free electric

Yeah, that's the one that I need to remind myself that 1 kWh at 40p is cheaper than 10 kWh at 5p 👍

My experience since signing up with Oct Compare - Agile against Tracker - is that around 50 % of my log in attempts fail due reportedly to lack of consimption data for a day (which changes) in the recent past. I have reported this to Octopus but still await a reaction. Anyone else got the same problem?

Seems to take 12-18 hours to upload the data, the internet site quicker than the app, so if you are looking at the day rather than the week you may get no data message - the app is more useful as it gives estimated cost. Occasionally you have system overload -  once a month or so - and have to log out and back in.

And that prevents you logging-in to the app?

IIWY I'd go to settings->advanced and refresh the data. If that fails, try resetting the app (on the same page) .

I don't know if what you say about the app applies to me. I've just now clicked on the icon and the software / data loaded instantly whilst at other times nothing happens.  I don't know how to get to settings.to refresh.

Typically I notice that Octopus Compare gets the data before the Octopus app, even though they both get the same data from the same place, compare seems to get it at about 10am.

I have just had an instant (8.45 pm) response from the Oct Compare app. I suspect that it will "go down" sometime before 10 am tomorrow (I had assumed that the data feed was continuous). I am not acquainted with "the Octopus app".  Do both programs do the same thing?

Had another Agile bill (including gas tracker) of £51.  Last month was pretty good I think contributing to that.  £14 below tracker bill average.
