still very annoying the higher SC on agile0

Just whizzed through my Agile weekly cost over the last six months on the app, compared it to my first two weeks on the 12 mth fix, the fix is cheaper 95 percent of the time, and even when Agile is cheaper not a huge difference.1

Same here, imported 200kWh so far in April, at an average price of 15.7p/kWh and exported 250kWh at a SEG rate of 15p, so we've covered our usage and most of the SC too for the month. No bills April to September.

I'm about a fiver behind with exports compared to imports, so far this month, but with some sunny days coming up I'm hoping for a win, overall, for April.2

I'm about £90 ahead on exports compared to import + standing charge this month (the extra panels are clearly making a significant difference), and importing an average of 0.9kWh/day, so unit price isn't really an issue. As always it's going to be winter that provides the challenges!1

Last month I swapped from Agile to a Fix but on Economy 7 rates, paying 29.43 day and 12.47 from (currently) 1.30-8.30am. We have solar and batteries. On the odd occasion I may need to charge my batteries, I've got 7 cheap hours in which to do so, and the tiny bit of day rate use tends to be when we are drawing more than the inverter will let us have, and that's between 4-7pm where Agile would be higher than the E7 day rate. We've only imported 3.09kwh in April. I keep getting notifications for the cheapes Agile rates, and they are rarely close to my night rate. This will suit us across the summer, I'll take a view when we come into Autumn as to whether we go back on Agile. The rates in the early part of the year were quite painful!Make £2025 in 2025
