Just curious as I've read DCBL' s pattern as listed on @Umkomaas thread and mine is slightly different?
My husband has had multiple phone calls including yesterday ( all missed he works nights) and he's now on his 3rd Without Prejudice Offer to Settle email which was received this morning.
So, next stage should be discontinuation?

I suppose I just didn't think they would ring and email multiple times with offers to settle! Thought it would be just the once.
We're just looking forward to a discontinuation from them, so we can get our life back after 18 months of this hanging over us......0 -

Another day, another try on from DCBL ?
If DCBL really thought they would win, they would not offer a £139 discount
Whatever they say or tell you, take no notice. DCBL already know that UKPC cases are rubbish ..... hence they discontinue when they FAIL to scare1 -
