  • Just curious as I've read DCBL' s pattern as listed on @Umkomaas thread and mine is slightly different?
My husband has had multiple phone calls including yesterday ( all missed he works nights) and he's now on his 3rd Without Prejudice Offer to Settle email which was received this morning.
So, next stage should be discontinuation?

Why do you think yours is "slightly different"? The more they try to contact you, the more it smacks of their desperation to find a "mug" who will fund their scam.

    They will discontinue.
  • I suppose I just didn't think they would ring and email multiple times with offers to settle! Thought it would be just the once.
We're just looking forward to a discontinuation from them, so we can get our life back after 18 months of this hanging over us......

As above  -  read the thread below which included this post and see the outcome:-

"Good stuff, I just called her, she’d had a phone call from them too but I’ve told her to hold her nerve!"

Another day, another try on from DCBL ?

If DCBL really thought they would win, they would not offer a £139 discount

Whatever they say or tell you, take no notice. DCBL already know that UKPC cases are rubbish ..... hence they discontinue when they FAIL to scare

I like to reply by email to give them a prod, telling them to get lost, stop faffing about and bring on the inevitable Discontinuance.
