I received this today, A Notice Of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track, attached is a DQ N180.
I've already sent this on 11th April and have the email I sent with the form on.I also received an acknowledgement off the court. Should I fill it in again?

Got this letter this morning, 2 days after the last letter? So, my question is, do I still need to send the DQN180 back by the 23rd June as stated in the previous photo/letter??
