Yes, I realise that, I've read and re-read the thread several times, trying to prepare myself for every stage!Coupon-mad said:That's not your only paperwork stage though, so you must read the second post of the NEWBIES thread in its entirety.2 -
Thanks @Le_Kirk will do.
Once I've adapted paragraph 3 to suit, I'll post on here for critic? Just to make sure it's correct1 -
I've had a response off DPO UK Parking control regarding a SAR for the claim, so I have all photos ect. I'm I right in thinking this isn't relevant now it's gone to court claim ?0

It'll be useful later on.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've drafted my defence as below as advised para #2 and #3.
Obviously I'll add all other paragraphs in the final draft before sending by email.2. It is admitted that on the 10th February 2022 the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question, but liability is denied.
3. The Driver was a patron at Pets At Home store within the retail park and did shopping there. As the driver was a genuine customer and remained on site throughout their visit.
Is this correct?

Just to remind you from the advice in this post: 3 March at 6:15PM that you have until 3rd April to file your defence. That's still over 3 weeks away.Chardgags98 said:

As you're using the defence from Johny86, you will also include all the other points, 4 to 11 and then the rest of the defence template as per the Newbies thread. Those points 4-11 are important because DCB Legal issue defective PoCs with a signed statement of truth by Yasmin Mia which is anything but truthful.
I'm assuming you are also aware of the track record of these UKPS/DCB Legal vexatious robo-claims which, when robustly defended end up being discontinued.DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS
