Just a quick question, maybe a blonde one...but the registration on the parking fine and court claim is now a private plate. Same vehicle, so I'm assuming I carry on with filing the AOS and preparing my defence 🤷 this is for my hubby btw, it's not in my name and I think he wants to go online and just pay, save the stree

That's not relevant. Not even worth a mention.

Thank you! I've read the newbies thread regarding filing an AOS and read and downloaded the guide on MCOL. Do I print and post or fill in and send documents to the address on the claim form - DCB Legal ?

If you are talking about filing an Acknowledgment of Service, then all you need to do is follow the guidance in my 3rd March post where I wrote...

Even easier is the emailed defence, which is simply changing paragraph 3 of the bog standard UKPC defence by @Johny86 and popping your own claim number/details at the top and your signature, name & date under the statement of truth at the end.

That's not your only paperwork stage though, so you must read the second post of the NEWBIES thread in its entirety.

A heads-up  -  never refer to these invoices as "fines" in any communications, that word will never be stated in any correspondence from the ppc/solicitors.
