Just a quick question, maybe a blonde one...but the registration on the parking fine and court claim is now a private plate. Same vehicle, so I'm assuming I carry on with filing the AOS and preparing my defence 🤷 this is for my hubby btw, it's not in my name and I think he wants to go online and just pay, save the stree0

Thank you! I've read the newbies thread regarding filing an AOS and read and downloaded the guide on MCOL. Do I print and post or fill in and send documents to the address on the claim form - DCB Legal ?KeithP said:

Even easier is the emailed defence, which is simply changing paragraph 3 of the bog standard UKPC defence by @Johny86 and popping your own claim number/details at the top and your signature, name & date under the statement of truth at the end.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
