Sorry, I'm just totally confused. 
No I haven't admitted driving, there has been no contact, do I still need to file an AOS? 
When do I copy and adapt the defence?
Also, the registration is a private number plate now, so is different from the parking ticket

I think I understand, I have to file to AOS,.then prepare and file my defence? I can't seem to see a link to copy and adapt from, just a name @Johny86.

Yes and Yes. The user name is the link, click on it and look for their discussions. You will find their defence there. You just need to adapt paragraph 3, then you can post it here for the regulars to check.
