UK Parking Control Claim

No. You were NOT meant to also email DCBLegal. Obviously a live claim is not 'LBC stage' and the case cannot be put 'on hold'! Never mind.Chardgags98 said:Hi, I've received this claim form today, and have read the newbie thread advice on the forum, I've emailed requesting a SAR from the DPO of parking control Ltd and also emailed the claim form solicitor DCLegal.
Is this correct? As this is UKPC we assume they are using DCBLegal? If so, then copy & adapt the defence by @Johny86 by changing paragraph 3 to some fairly vague facts.
Has the victim Defendant ever appealed this PCN and admitted to driving?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry, I'm just totally confused.
No I haven't admitted driving, there has been no contact, do I still need to file an AOS?
When do I copy and adapt the defence?
Also, the registration is a private number plate now, so is different from the parking ticket0 -
I refer you to @KeithP post yesterday which tells you what you need to do when

@Coupon-mad has supplied you with a link to the defence by @Johny86 which you should adapt and file according to the date given to you by KeithP.3 -
Ok, thank you 😊 @Boat_to_Bolivia.
I think I understand, I have to file to AOS,.then prepare and file my defence? I can't seem to see a link to copy and adapt from, just a name @Johny86.

Yes and Yes. The user name is the link, click on it and look for their discussions. You will find their defence there. You just need to adapt paragraph 3, then you can post it here for the regulars to check.Chardgags98 said:Ok, thank you 😊 @Boat_to_Bolivia.
