Hi, I've received this claim form today, and have read the newbie thread advice on the forum, I've emailed requesting a SAR from the DPO of parking control Ltd and also emailed the claim form solicitor DCLegal.
Is this correct? And does anyone know what happens next please 🙂

Keep reading the Newbies thread near the top of this forum where it explains in great detail what happens next and when.

Please keep reading that thread until you start to fully understand the process and what steps to take and when. You've obviously followed the first step but you may also want to read this thread to see what the probable outcome of your claim will be if you strictly follow the advice.

With a Claim Issue Date of 27th February, you have until Monday 20th March to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 3rd April 2023 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

No doubt this will be yet another rubbish UKPC claim

But you have missed out the juicy parts of this copy and paste claim form .... you know the part, where a certain Yasmin Mia SIGNS a statement of truth saying that the fake add-ons such as damages ..... ARE TRUE ???

But you must tell us a lot more

You really need to get those taken down pronto. We now know your case ref and passcode. Unscrupulous people could really queer the pitch with that

If you cannot edit them yourself, ask the Forum to take them down. I think you just have to hit the 'report' button

The OP probably won't have the option to edit. I have reported the post, you can too. It doesn't have to be the OP that does it. Just report and click the option that says the post contains personal information.
