But don't post it, of course. CCBC = a black hole.
Email on a working day and make sure you get the usual CCBC auto-acknowledgement as proof. Copy in the solicitors.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'd forward your previous email (with attachment) and that auto-receipt proof and ask what on earth CCBC are doing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just an update, had confirmation from CCBC last week that my case is in order and now with my local court.
My husband has had several missed calls off DCBL ( about 5) He works nights .. and I received a 2nd Offer Without Prejudice email yesterday.
Am I correct in thinking it's heading closer to a discontinuation

Yes, as suggested in @Umkomaas' post on 20 April at 11:49AM.Chardgags98 said:Am I correct in thinking it's Harding closer to a discontinuation1 -

All on track. Hold on to submitting your WS until just before your deadline, particularly as the DLUHC is about to publish its Impact Assessment as the final stage of the roll out of the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 CoP. There may be some very useful stuff in that to add to your WS.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

YES, proceed as advised. DCBL will take this to the wire before they discontinue, so whatever they say to you .. YOUR ANSWER IS NO, OR . IGNORE THEMChardgags98 said:@Umkomaas ok, I will start to prepare the WS anyway, I'll panic otherwise!! And will obviously take your advice, much appreciated 👍
AND THEY SAID
"To assist the court" drivel ....... so funny .... with so many cases discontinued, they are not assisting the court, they are abusing the court system as if it were a public convenience. Timewasting and wasting tax payers money
BE PATIENT, they know as well as we do, including the courts, that UKPC claims are a lot of rubbish1
