Escape to the country & living off savings

Thanks dia I had a lovely day full of baby cuddles 🥰 Went for a walk with baby & niece and dog in the shade of the woods. Took some painkillers before setting off & was ok once I got going.Spent the rest of the afternoon at home with feet up reading my book & they do feel a lot better today. The ice cream van came down the street so it would have been rude not to 😆 Ice cream sundae with flake & nuts £2. 😋
Lovely and sunny day again today. Weeds are coming through the stones again in back garden so I will try and do some weeding.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Glad your painful feet are recovering.
Just hearing the music from an ice-cream van makes me feel happy...

Thanks dia. I did a bit of weeding & half the garden is done. DF is coming tomorrow to help & we will try to remove an overgrown black elderberry. One load of washing dried on the line. The rest of the morning was spent sitting out in my chair reading my book. Had lunch in the garden.Feet are still painful so I went for a walk to loosen them up. Managed to ignore the ice cream van but have given in this evening and had a slice of carrot cake from the freezer.Current account balance £54.19. I have enough meals to last until I go to my sisters on Friday. I will use the holiday pot for petrol.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Nobody likes the eye drops SYA, hope it goes well.
The thing about living so high up for me is I just can't be bothered to go all the way down to the ice cream van, which makes me a little sad but does save me money!!2 -
Hope appointments go ok.

Thanks Time2count and dia 😊
The local hospital is only 10 minutes by car but we don’t have a bus route that way anymore so DF said he will drop me off and pick me up again. Otherwise I would have asked my friend to take me or get a taxi. Worse case scenario I could change to the hospital in the city and get a busLovely sunny morning today ☀️ I’ve been out in the garden and watered my tumbling toms. Flowers have appeared so looking promising 😁
I have mopped the bathroom floor plus swept and mopped the kitchen floor and am now sat with 2nd cuppa. The eye drops make my vision blurry and make me feel woozy so I will probably lie down with the radio on for a while when I get back home as I won’t be able to see to read or watch tv0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
