Good news on the goodwill and reduction, just a few days until DF is reconnected 🤞
Please stop teasing us with a carvery, you know we're all desperate for one! Is it curry night for your evening out?

Thanks MF. Thu is curry night but neither of us had one 😆 DF had fish and chips & pint of lemonade and I didn’t want many carbs (rice, Nan, popadoms) so had steak and salad & pint max cola total cost £21.73 from my entertainment budget.
It was ‘lish 😋
No aquafit tomorrow as pool is closed. I am taking a tshirt back for a refund then calling off for a cooked chicken on the way home & picking up meds from chemist.Niece is coming over in afternoon so I’m looking forward to baby cuddles 🥰0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Tshirt returned for £5 refund. Was too early for cooked chicken so got ham and coleslaw instead & we had salad bits as well. Lovely baby cuddles 🥰
Then walked to friends house & we had a cuppa & ice cream in the garden. Then I walked up the hill to the chemist as I forgot to call off in the car this morning. Very hot 🥵 Dropped off 2 books into community red phone box & picked up 5 more 😆 One series of 4 for me & one for sister. I have messaged her to see if she has this one in the series she is reading. If she has I will take it back next time.Gammon & cauli cheese for tea. Gammon already cooked in slow cooker. Will steam the cauli & freeze the leftovers. Cheese sauce will be grated cheese in single cream melted in the microwave so no need for a hot oven on.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I love your community library in the phone box. It makes me smile whenever you mention it.
Ice cream with a cup of tea in the garden. I love it!If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks dia. 😊 We have had some good books in ours too Doris. I put a few in that I brought with me when I moved and they have gone so I don’t mind taking a few. I will put them back when I have read them.Have been sat in the garden reading today, lovely and peaceful & birds singing but neighbours are now drilling etc so have come indoors.DF brought me some asparagus & rhubarb from his allotment. I had the asparagus for lunch with butter and stewed the rhubarb with some sweetner & had some with cream. 😋0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Have really struggled with food today. All I seem to have done is eat 😕mostly low carb stuff but a lot of it.Went for a walk round the village at lunch time. It was very hot and first time I have applied sun cream this year. Then friend invited me round for half a cider in the garden 🍻
Home and read my book. Ignored the ice cream van when he came down the street 😇 Then had indian food delivered, chicken shashlick (tikka chicken, onions and peppers and salad) and 2 popadoms £13.670% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Lovely warm sunny day today. Washing hung out. Read my book. Now onto the 3rd of current series before starting new ones from community phone box.Went to see DF & went out for a drive to try and get him a part for his mower. They didn’t have what he needed so he’s going to look online. Got him to drop me off at the edge of the village and I walked back.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Sorry to hear about your weather Doris. I think it’s on its way up to yorkshire as we have rain forecast tomorrow.I’ve tried to stick to 3 meals today instead of grazing all day. I just feel constantly hungry. Have tried less carbs & more protein. Have tried drinking more water but it doesn’t help. I am 3 weeks into my 3 month plan.Aquafit in the morning then down to my friends for a cuppa in the afternoon.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
