Hey SYA - wrote you a big auld reply earlier and it’s disappeared! Probably just as well as I was on about feeling hungry lately as well. And I’ve challenged myself to a piece of fruit as my only snacks and no booze for 3 months + now! I still got a good size boom boom tho LOLLancashire

Meals sound tasty.
Your trips are good to hear, as are the relaxing times.
Not sure what to say about grazing, perhaps you need to eat smaller portions but more frequently.
Or it could be the sudden change has thrown your body off, maybe even the weather.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Personally I wouldn't worry about a few days of eating more and feeling hungry. You are being careful with the carbs and you usually eat well.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Thanks SQS, MF & dia 😊
After feeling unwell I have just spoken to the doc (pre 8am phone call 😳) and he has sent medication to the chemist which I will pick up later. Can’t fault the service, just a bit early for me these days 😆Went with DF to cannon hall farm shop yesterday so he could top up on meat and pies. (The farm had its own tv series) He treated us both to lunch while we were there which was delish 😋
No other plans today apart from a bit of grocery shopping.I am looking forward to going to stay with my sister next weekend on the east coast.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks SQS and thriftylynny 😊
We just went to the farm shop yesterday SQS & the white bull restaurant. We used to spend family days out at the Hall and gardens with a picnic when we were kids. It’s owned by the council & free entry. Now you have to pay to park. You also pay for entry to the farm (privately owned). The farm shop comes with free parking for 1 hour, but as we were eating we paid £1 for 2 hours parking. It’s only £3 for the day parking, so not too bad. Not sure how much it is to get into the farm.
Food shop done. Total spend £39.76. Have been resting this afternoon.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

That's not too bad for parking for a nice place to visit , i've a free !!! national trust day pass to a farm some miles away but just looked & the carpark is xtra & quite dear so i'm having second thoughts ..hope you enjoy aqua today !2

Thanks thriftylynny. Its a shame that makes it an expensive day out if you have to pay extra for parking.I enjoyed aquafit today but my ankles didn’t. We were jumping about a lot & my feet started aching so I got out just before the end. My ankles always swell up in hot weather but the pool was cold.Picked up a cooked chicken on the way home & had some for lunch with salad. Washed a load of towels & handwashed my swimsuit. Very warm and sunny so should be dried on the line. Then walked to my friend’s for cuppa and cake 😋 Was going to walk home the long way but feet were painful when I got up so I’ve just come home and I am now sat with my feet up.Going to nieces tomorrow with DF. Will be nice to see them and have baby cuddles 🥰0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
