  • Lovely sunny warm day ☀️ Very windy but at least it’s a warm wind.

Had a good session at aquafit. Temperature ok, pool not warm but not too cold when I got out.

Payday 🤗 £10 petrol in the car. Picked up my friend. Lunch in m& s cafe was tomato and basil soup & cup of tea. Friend had toastie, crisps and coffee. My turn to pay, £18 from entertainment fund for May. Spent £19.50 mat Alan (5 pairs socks, white Tshirt & black canvas pumps) £6 b n m, £8.75 asd@ living (food weighing scales & batteries). Back to friends for cuppa and home now. Have washed swimsuit and hung out with wet towel (which will be put in wash once dry until I have enough to make a small load).

Lasagne for tea with courgette instead of pasta. Going to mr T with my friend on thu so will look for some alternative noodles & get some lower carb wraps. Am not a huge fan of quinoa or cous cous dia. I find it confusing looking up foodstuffs online, high in carbs but low gi 😵‍💫

that’s rubbish you don’t get proper guidance off your nurse for foods that would help low carbs! ‘Just take another tablet’ honestly am fuming reading that 😤

Trip to the tip this morning with DF. Final car load. Home & cuppa in garden & DF planted up my tumbling toms in the shepherds hook hanging basket left by previous owners.

Dinner was Cajun chicken thighs with roasted Mediterranean veg. I’m making it up as I go along SQS with info from online 🫤

It’s been cloudy until 6pm & the sun has appeared so I think I will go for a walk.

Meant to say we still haven’t had our tv license go up yet - keep waiting on being emailed / mailed but nothing so far it’s weird!

SQS I think it depends on when your annual review is.

No rain here. Had strawberries and cream for pud. 😋 (6.5g carbs 😉)

    Great budget.

Your food always sounds tasty, healthy and low carb. Do you have an app for carb counting? If not, how do you do it?

If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
