Your kitchen will be fantastic when finished, great choice of colour and it'll always look fresh.
Plenty of rest, heat and wine, got to have wine.
Fingers crossed the pension gets resolved favourably.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Thanks MF. I’m not drinking with the codeine 🫣🤯 but hopefully by the weekend I can stop taking it. I’m going to try aquafit tomorrow.Went to aldee today total spend £49.84 which included monthly washing clothes liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, box tissues, tin foil & teabags. I couldn’t believe the price of tin foil (in a box) £3.49 so I bought the foil without a box 99p !
I left the items in the trolly & packed them into multiple bags in the back of the car so I could lift them easily back home & unpack. Popped to friends for cuppa and cake and chat. Walked there & back. Rested since.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Thanks SQS. Bit achey after aquafit. Just did gentle stretches in the pool & gave the underwater dumbbells a miss. Got out 10 mins early before the others. Instructor was very understanding.Called at asd@ on the way home & bought a cooked chicken. Gammon in the slow cooker for dinner with broccoli and cauliflower from freezer and easy cheese sauce.Had a gentle walk to friends for a cuppa. Sunny and warm here but very windy.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

More coffee and cake until wine is back on the menu.
That is an expensive box and would have done the same as you.
At least you made it to aqua, have a restful weekend and see how things feel next week.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -

Thanks MF and dia. Back pain is slowly easing but I will try to keep gently moving to avoid seizing up.I have some new plants to put in but am leaving them in the pots for now. I went to the garden centre when my Dsis was here & bought some flowering plants that need splitting. Should be 4 plants for cost of two £7.98. They had put all the leftover coloured primulas / primroses out in the car park for free so I got 4 healthy ones on the way back to the car. One woman was filling up 2 trollies with them which I thought was a bit greedy.Have withdrawn £45 cash from the diy pot to pay the lino fitter on Monday. No plans for today. May go for a gentle stroll if the weather is as nice and warm as they have forecast. Chilli will be made in my slow cooker later.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Definitely keep moving. Gentle hips from side to side and forward and backwards. Slow walking xIf you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them
