Fantastic savings SQS. I can’t take all the credit as I read about the app in the weekly MSE email. I have thought about getting the credit card too but I don’t think I would get one with no income.Niece & her partner came to DF’s this afternoon so I popped round to see them & baby. 🥰 Then my friend came to mine for cuppa and cake 😋 No plans for nye, weather is awful so may just stay in & stay warm ☺️0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

You might get a mr a card - can you declare your income as what you pay yourself? You also get 1% back from mr a purchases (easily beatable tho by other cards like Chase who only do a soft search)Lancashire

Your savings wouldn't be classed as income, however it may be worth a look at the app as there must be some form of self-funded retirement box to tick.
Do you have a CC with your regular bank as one of theirs does cashback, or used to.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Some great savings there at Mr A SYA & SQS Think i'm gona have to update to a cheapie new phone that does apps , mine is ancient & I do feel I miss out on some deals cos of the app requirement ! I wasted a whole morning recently on a bank switch offer , even the staff didn't know it was app only !
Hope you have a cosy nye SYA best place to be ìnside by the look of it outside!

I have a credit card with my current bank & make sure I use it monthly and pay it off in full. It doesn’t have any cashback.I am off to DF’s for dinner tonight. Will not be staying late.Hope everyone has a lovely evening and wishing you all a happy new year. Happy new year to everyone 🥳🎆🎉
I was in bed by 10.30 last night with a cup of tea & a book 😆 Woke up just before midnight when fireworks started going off. Exchanged lovely messages with family and friends.
Sunny but chilly New Year’s Day today. DF has been round to help me measure for a curtain pole and dishwasher. If I get a tabletop dishwasher it will take up most of my worktop & my dinner plates will not fit so I would have to buy new ones. I could get a slimline but would have to move my fridge into the dining room. Will have a think about it.Off to DF for nyd dinner this afternoon. Tomorrow is aquafit and then I will pack away Christmas cards, tree & decs. Dsis is coming over tomorrow and we are going for a curry in the evening & then to see niece and baby on Wednesday.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Happy 2024 SYA, I was in bed at 8pm reading my book , fed up with TV, leftover goodies & wined out ! I'd love a dishwasher but where to put it also my kitchen is compact !1

Happy New Year SYA - @Elisheba has had good experience of their table top dishwasher but not sure if it was left behind in the recent move to Wales! Anyway am sure some good knowledge there if you are in need of it 😊👍🏻
