Thanks MF 😊 I just had a ch tikka Balti & garlic nan 😋
Choc cake secret recipe made me laugh SQS 😂🤣
Walked the dogs this morning with DS. Went to aquafit and it was freezing in the pool and the changing rooms 🥶 was glad to get out & dried and dressed. Got a hot cooked chicken for lunch and a joint of beef special offer £11.98. Ds’s gf has now arrived & DS picked her up from the station. They have just walked the dogs again saving me from getting cold again & resting my ankles which have been really aching before aquafit.

Thanks SQS ☺️ It was blooming freezing 🥶I think it’s a ligament thing due to change of seating in the living room. I usually lounge on the sofa with my feet up but due to DS and his gf visiting I moved to the armchair so they could use the sofa. This has meant extra strain on my feet / ankles

Z <~bent knees & feet
At first I thought it was from dog walking but I sat with feet up last night and pain has almost gone 😊
DS & gf will walk the dogs again this morning. I am out visiting my cousin &
his wife with DF (son of DF’s late brother) this afternoon for a couple of hours. I will take their Xmas card with me saving a stamp! DF is driving.DS & gf are going to my sisters for the weekend so I will be looking after the dogs. I will walk them separately later this afternoon. They won’t need to go far. (Sis & B-in-L already have 2 dogs).Today should be a NSD 🤗 Remaining in Christmas/birthday pot £143 will be £100 for DS and £10 nephew, £20 for niece’s new baby due by arranged c section next week and £10 for his Christmas card. I have already got niece and her partner a Christmas present & wrapped it.Remaining in current account £67.80 and £20 in my purse. Will probably not need petrol as I should have enough to get to aqua fit and back on Tuesday then the car will be parked up until next “payday” on 29 December. DF is driving us to sisters for Christmas on Christmas Eve.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Has been a busy weekend. Weather has been bright and windy so I have managed to get washing dry on the line.Dog walking has been hectic but have managed puppy dog two walks a day and golden child one walk a day. DS & gf are back today & we are having a dinner at DF’s tonight.I am due to go to aquafit tomorrow but I feel quite tired and don’t fancy it if it’s cold again. I have £3.36 on my asd@ app so if I do go I will pick up a cooked hot chicken on the way home, should only cost £3.50. May also need some milk but only 1 or 2 pints. That should be the last shopping this year.DS & gf & dogs go home later this week. Nieces baby due & will be visiting them before I go to DSis for Xmas with DF.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Hey SYA - I don’t blame you re Aquafit if it’s cold in the pool! Do they have a sauna or steam room you could go in before/after to warm up a bit?
wish I could get motivated to do some exercise - family due to descend here Wednesday 20/12-3rd of Jan!Hope you and family all have a wonderful Christmas and New Years 🥰🥰Lancashire

Thanks SQS I hope you have a lovely Christmas and new year’s with your family too 🎄🎁🥳
Unfortunately there is no sauna or steam room at the leisure centre. It’s been so mild the last few days I have hardly had the heating on. It’s 17 degrees in my room this morning, almost tropical compared to the 12 degrees a few weeks ago! ☺️Had a lovely dinner at DF’s last night. We had the beef (on special offer at £6 per kg down from £9 a kg) and it was delish. Also had lots of veg from DF’s allotment. Enough leftovers to make up 2 roast dinners. Left one for DF and one in my freezer. Also a good chunk of beef left which will be used for sandwiches over the next few days.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

SQS you forgot the secret ingredients, a dash of care and sprinkle of love!
Skinty, could you set up a makeshift foot stool to take the pressure off your ankles when sitting.
Perhaps make a hot bottle for warmth and take a flask with hot choc in for after your class.
Baby niece will be a wonderful present, hope mom and baby are home quickly after she arrives.
PD and GC are behaving and settled with each other by the sounds of it.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
Thanks MF. I have my feet up on the leather storage cube. They go home tomorrow. The pool was much warmer for aquafit thankfully!Nieces baby is going to be a boy. Her first child at 40 😳 but we are so excited about his arrival on thursday.Picked up a cooked chicken & salad yesterday after aqua fit and we had wraps for lunch (gluten free for DS gf) Used my £3 off voucher on the app. Won another £2 off voucher so I will use that on 29th when I am back at aquafit.Having a fry up this morning to use bacon, eggs, toms & gluten free tiger loaf. HM Chicken curry for dinner tonight.£41.09 remaining in my current account. £20 cash in my purse. It’s still very mild here 16.5 degrees in my bedroom this morning.
