Sya I got quite excited by the spoiler alerts😁thought we might be getting to see something interesting! Glad you are coming out on the other side. It sounds like you have had a right dose of something

It sounds very much like a bad sinus infection. That can give you tooth ache where you have no teeth. Maybe talk to a pharmacy.

Thanks KK the £40 a week includes toiletries, loo rolls, bleach, washing liquid, kitchen roll, tissues, dishwasher tablets etc but doesn’t include the hot roast chicken I sometimes buy from my surplus in the budget or entertainment pot.
Thanks Suze for the get well wishes ❤️
Sorry Tresinia nothing interesting! 😂
Thanks badmemory. I do have teeth 🤣 but thankfully that has stopped now just bunged up nose / runny nose & thick head nowI managed a shower and hair wash & sorted a load of washing and hung out. Liver and onion gravy with root veg mash & green veg all from freezer for lunch. Feeling sleepy now & dosed up so will try & doze 🥱😴

The tooth ache where I have no teeth is me not you. It just means it is not actually tooth ache. But if you ever feel like your eye brows are trying to reach your cheek bones a pharmacist will recognise the symptoms. Over the counter meds available but not instore meds.

Your budget is looking great as usual.
I looked at your budget before I moved as something to aim for. Mine is looking a little bit more like yours now. However, I'm still spending much more on food and I'm addressing that.
Wishing you well

Shopping trip totally knocked me out 😂 Walked up to dads about 4pm & I could see my breath outside 🥶 I don’t need to go out now for the rest of the week. We have some snow over the next few days in the forecast so I will be staying in. 🤗
