Thanks Tresinia, Doris & dia. Im ok, I have been getting lots of enforced rest as I have gone down with a stinking head cold & aching / congested chest. 😪🤒🤧 I am back in bed trying to get the energy to have a shower. 🙄 My friend is popping by later with some milk & shopping but probably won’t come in.
Have transferred the usual £833 from savings into my current account ready for bills to go out on Monday. Will be back with my budget for February next week when I hopefully feel better 😘❤️Mum 2018

oh SYA - sounds like you have the lurgy good and proper - glad to hear your friend is getting essentials in for you. Just to mention - Mr A has delivery slots available for £1.50 for their 9pm-10pm delivery slots. They do have a minimum basket price or you get charged additional but I think it’s £45.
Feel better soon xx

Thanks Suze, Tresinia & dia 😊
I am feeling like I have come round a bit this morning. Still a bit snuffly and not rushing to get up 😉
Thanks for the info about delivery slots Suze. I have had food delivered from morries & co- op in the past via U ber eats as they don’t have a minimum spend but luckily I got shopping before I got really poorly & am due to go again tomorrow. Local aldee is about 10 mins drive if I feel well enough. My friend and my niece have also offered to bring me anything I need & my neighbours get a supermarket delivery once a week and have offered in the past to get me stuff if ever I need anything.
I haven’t felt this ill since I had covid in Oct 24 but then I had my lovely dad looking after me & bringing shopping to my door ❤️ I had my flu jab so I don’t think it’s been flu. Have had so much pain in my head, face, chest, ears, teeth 😳 and have been so hot I’ve been wearing shorts & tshirt 🥵 then so cold I’ve worn fluffy pjs & dressing gown & thick bed socks & duvet 🥶 Plus nose either completely blocked or pouring like a tap 🤒🤧 Heating has been up to 20 degrees at times & I am thankful I have a stash of paras. But I think we’ve probably all been through similar & hopefully I’m coming out the other side now. February budget to follow.

I have clicked on all the spoiler alerts (no idea either! 🤷♀️😂) and I’m sorry you’re feeling so rough. That sounds like the bug I had before Christmas - it’s a doozy!
Pace yourself when you start to recover, it will take a while.KK
