Sorry you feeling bit under weather after jab - have heard it said a strong reaction can mean extra protection 🤞🏻
re next door garden - If you mean there’s dog mess in next door garden i wouldn’t worry SYA - this is a country of animal lovers. And as long as they don’t mess outside their garden it wouldn’t bother me anyway.
And if you are concerned about barking etc - I reckon a lot of people would see that as extra security / warning system.
our neighbourhood has a lot of cats and they kinda go where they want (cats are superior to mere humans lol) anyway it’s a small price to pay to have the most patrolled rat free neighbourhoodLancashire

Thank you both for the reassurance. 💖
Seriously tho Suze surely you would expect the owner to pick it up and dispose of it? I didn’t notice anything but surely it will eventually smell and attract flies 🤢 When I lived with DS we always picked up in the garden & scrubbed down with disinfectant and they still do. I don’t care about them not cutting the grass and the weeds but the other is surely going to put lots of people off. We will probably have to speak to them before it goes on the market. In brighter news we get an extra hour in bed tonight 😴 Don’t forget to put your clocks back ⏰ 🕰️0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Does the EPC still state if you have solid floors or not. The person who did my mother's said it had solid floors & flatly refused to correct it.0

@badmemory it says Floor suspended. It also says you can complain to the accreditation scheme if your complaint is not resolved with the assessor
I'm very happy with mine. Energy rating C. Expected a D.Did find some boxes in the loft despite dad telling me there was nothing in the eaves. My sister is going to help clear it out next week and do a trip to the tip.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

It’s sunny already this morning now clocks have gone back it’s lighter earlier. Very cold, the thermostat shows 15 degrees so heating is on now to warm the house before I get out of my warm bed ☺️
Today I need to put a cover on the duvet for my sister. She chose a 4.5 tog rather than a 13.5 tog 🥶 Must be more hardy living on the east coast 😂 Also need to check a couple of financial things for probate and my pension.Looking forward to lunch out and I picked up a bottle of asti from aldee £4.65 so we will enjoy that later and raise a glass to dad 🥂0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Had a lovely roast on Sunday £32, then a visit to the trust solicitor yesterday. All on track, we were about half an hour and he didn’t charge us 😁 Have had a look at their conveyancing charges and they seem on par with others so we may stick with them and keep everything under one roof.Had a lovely afternoon with my niece and little lad. It was a lovely bright autumn day. Fed the ducks, ran around playing football & he went on the swings. We had lunch in the cafe and my sister paid. Then had a walk around the heritage centre. Was so tired when I got home I had a late afternoon snooze 🤣 Then we just had soup for tea and toasted dad with a glass of asti. Had an early night 😴
Today will be clearing the 2 boxes in dads loft, tip run then tea & cake at nearby cafe. Gammon in my slow cooker and cauliflower cheese for tea & last of the asti.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
