Hope the warning light is fixable. I have one coming on my car also, started about 3 weeks ago. Keeps telling me the tyre sensor isn't working. I keep having to go into settings and turn it off. The tyre pressures are fine and I have owned cars for 35 years without a tyre pressure sensor message so I think I can do without one now, flipping electrical things7

I am extending my holiday another week to help out DS & gf with dogs. Still meeting up with friends & I have booked a haircut with my friend/ former hairdresser. Car has been checked by local garage & thankfully only needed spark plugs cleaned and refitted & error code cleared. Even better they didn’t charge me, not even for an hours labour ☺️
2 tip runs done and another booked for next week. Going to see friend for cuppa in a min and food shopping this afternoon.I am torn as I am enjoying being back but I am looking forward to going home. I am missing my niece and little lad, my school friend and my little house. I need to contact my plumber when I get home to put in the extra radiator in my kitchen before winter, get an EPC done to sell Dads house and I have booked an appointment to see a solicitor with my sister. Should be able to get on with financial things for Dad once that’s done. Miss him so much.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Good morning SYA,
lovely to hear from you and that you're enjoying your time there and great news that the car is ok too!
I'm very pleased to hear that you've extended your holiday as it will be a chance to have a break from all that you did and also give you some reflection and preparation time.
It will be tough going back and not having your DF there waiting, and of course you will miss him.
After this break you will return knowing that it is going to be a new life and you will adjust to that in time.
Sending you hugs ( probably covered in horse hair - sorry )

It's good that you extended your break, you need the rest.
In a way it's good to be 'torn' as it means there is lots to pull you back to the life you've made for yourself even if it is going to be a new version, without DF.
Sending hugs, probably cat fluffy ones ...

Nice to hear from you sya. It's a sign where you think home is, so that's really good considering you upped sticks and started over. Our lives arrive in chapters, for sure. Good news about the car.5
