They look lovely!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Thanks jwil, dia, SQS & Doris 😊 I have made the crustless quiche before but it was the first time I had made the muffins with almond flour. 😋
Lovely sunny morning ☀️ DF came round with his hedge trimmer and chainsaw and we cut back more shrubs & bushes. All trimmings in the green bin & filled DF’s too 😆 Neighbour offered hers too but didn’t need it. The council collect green waste free on Friday. Did a bit of weeding.Just back from aldee. Total spend £37.79. This weeks menu is Cajun chicken & halloumi & roasted veg tray bake, tandoori chicken and butternut squash chips with salad, mince beef & veg/bean chilli, mince beef & courgette lasagne, slow cooked gammon with cauli & broccoli cheese. The gammon will also make enough for lunches, wraps, breakfast with eggs.Cloudy now & rain coming in. I have aquafit in the morning then lunch & shopping with friend. Wednesday I will do some more gardening & put in the new plants. If the weather is as nice as the forecast on Wednesday I will get some washing done.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Went to lunch with my friend after aquafit yesterday £18.50 from entertainment fund. Then bought a swimsuit but no changing rooms so I’ve tried it after my shower this morning & will have to return it for a refund as it’s too tight 😳Lovely sunny morning after rain yesterday. Today I am waiting for a parcel between 11-3pm. I ordered 2 dresses. One is just an a line summer dress £25 & one an evening dress £55 to wear at my friends sisters ruby wedding do at end August & my aunties golden wedding do in november. Washing is on & I might do some more of the herringbone hard standing once it’s finished & hung out to dry.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Washing dried on the line. DF came down to do a bit of cementing outside. I popped to aldee and got some new string/egg chairs (Acapulco) for my kitchen/ diner reduced to £19.99 each. Used the last of my bday money. The lovely assistant chap helped me carry them to the till and then the car. DF got them out of the boot & screwed the legs on. They look fab 😊
Had lunch in the garden & did a bit more weeding. Another plant put in. Just one more 50p alpine to put in & then decide where to plant the cyclamen.Gammon in the slow cooker for dinner with broccoli and cauli cheese. Cheese sauce is just warmed double cream with grated cheese melted in it. 😋
Dresses arrived and one had a mark on it & I don’t like the other. I will not order from mat Alan online again as I have to return 3 items by post in 2 different parcels and one item to store for a refund. I have to download the returns label and get post office to print it. What a faff !0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Muffins look delicious!
Coconut flour is nice for cakes, has a natural sweetness.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
What a bargain for those chairs SYA! Sorry I missed your birthday on here - happy late birthday 🥳
Sounds like Mat a l@n make their return process intentionally difficult. No excuse for it.
Have to say that cheese sauce sounds gorgeous!
