Yeah seems so. You'd hope a valuation happening before the final review is a good sign but who knows.

How long are most people waiting through a broker at the moment?  I submitted full application on 21st June, valuation was ready to be assess on Friday 23rd but not heard anything since.  I am single applicant on 90% ltv, thanks

19th June app here. Valuation happened on the 27th. Only today has the tracker updated to show that the docs have been reviewed. Have your docs been reviewed yet?

Spoke to their mortgage team yesterday and they're swamped currently. Broker confirmed the same.

I am not sure if docs been reviewed as my broker is dealing with and said she would be in touch with any updates, just wondered what was typical timescale at the minute to receiving offer.  Did you get a full valuation or desktop?  Mine must have been desktop it came back to quick.

Ask your broker for your mortgage ID and you can track it online. 

mine was an in-person valuation.

Just rang them up and they confirmed we've passed the underwriting stage, the valuation is fine and they're sending an offer out!

Hope the offer matches what we need haha
