  • Mine took three weeks via our broker. 90% LTV, husband contracts whilst I have a permanent job. Happy to share contact details via PM.
  • already have a deal but have found another with broker and its also with natwest , how long would that take as house is very near to completion?
  • I applied through a broker. I’m self employed while wife is in a permanent job. We are first time buyers with 75% LTV. Just checked online portal and found following updates.

    13/02/2023 Application submitted
    16/02/2023 Valuation instructed
    16/02/2023 Valuation has been received

I guess it was a desktop valuation as report was received literally in an hour. Thank you @celly5460 and Fingers crossed

I asked this question about switching deal at the end and my broker said it would not be an issue.
  • Mine took about 7 days in total as they asked for additional things.

Wow that was super quick,  when did you submit your application?
  • Our mortgage offer was issued exactly 1 week after submission from a broker. Wife is employed and I am self employed with a LTV of 68.8%

18th working day and it’s nerve-wracking experience. Estate agent is chasing us up to start conveying searches etc as vendors would put the property back on the market.  Broker said he provided all additional documents he was asked for. I’m kind of losing hope now. Anyone else in the similar situation? Tracker looks like this all actions been ticked.
