New Natwest / RBS / Ulster Bank £200 Switch Incentive

My switch to my existing NatWest completed on the 13 April, but no bonus received. I had the RBS bonus a couple of years back, so don’t think I will bother trying with Ulster.0

What is the number to contact RBS as I have not received any feedback on my switch since opening on 6 April? They dont seem to want to advertise or make it very hard to know how to speak to anyone.0

From memory it's one of those annoying voice menus which ask you for information you don't have like account number, card CVC. You just need to persist with speak to human, speak to customer service ... none of those etc0 -

I didn't apply for any bonus in 2020
But I did apply for a switch into NatWest and Ulster in 2023 and have received £200 from each.
I have now applied for a switch into RBS that completes at the end of May so time will tell if I get another £200.1 -
Can anyone give any idea when my partner is due her Ulster bonus.
switch completed on the18th April, the thing is she didn’t realise she needed to deposit £1250 so she did this on Saturday. When I switched to RBS I got mine within three days, but everyone keeps saying 7 calendar days on here.0 -
I presume she applied online and has logged in to the app, then the T&Cs state within 7 calendar days from when all conditions are met. It does vary in practice (from other comments) between 2 and 7 days (mine was 7 days).0

Yeah she logged in to the app straight away, switch completed she waited a week then I reminded her she needed to transfer the £1250 which she did Saturday morning. Assuming it is ok to that AFTER the switch?0

I've had a letter from Ulster Bank today with a form to sign and return, and it specifically requests a certified item from List A (passport, driving licence etc.) rather than just a non-specific general ID request. Given the specificity, should I just send them a certified copy of the driving licence, or is this really not necessary? I called up today (didn't give application reference etc.), and they said I could ask CORA for a Hooyu link to upload it and the form, or even drop into a Natwest branch with them, and this apparently wouldn't affect the switch bonus, but I'm minded to just send whatever is needed through the post to be on the safe side.If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

I got asked to do the YouHoo thing, apparently passed, but still got sent the ID form.
I just ignored the ID request, signed and returned the form (although I'm a long-standing RBS customer which may have helped) and got the bonus.1 -

Did they specifically ask you for a certain ID? Some forumites mentioned there was no need to send the ID, unless they specified what they wanted.
I'm a NatWest and RBS customer, so surprised they need anything from me. Perhaps their systems don't talk to each other when it comes to sharing customer ID between brands. If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.
