... I meant e-mails/texts from them. I presume you received the 'done and dusted' e-mail on 13/04 and I would have expected you to have received the incentive by the 20/4

Switch completed to Ulster, everything done except I haven't recieved the "Customer Number" needed to log into online banking for the first time.
Went to the ATM with the card and haven't received the bonus yet either, and it's been a couple of weeks0 -

Presumably you can't login to online banking or register for the app, you would see your customer number there.
