I haven't been in contact with them, the funding criteria was met a week last Friday after the switch completed on the 13/04 so I was hoping the £200 would have been deposited by them by today at the latest but alas no switch incentive has been paid. They may have rumbled me as a Natwest customer some years ago !
... I meant e-mails/texts from them. I presume you received the 'done and dusted' e-mail on 13/04 and I would have expected you to have received the incentive by the 20/4

    so ... sanity check ...
    - applied online and opened Select, Reward, Premier Select or Premier Reward current account
    - transferred non-RBS account via CASS
    - deposited £1,250 into new account
    - logged in to mobile banking
... incentive to be paid into your new account within 7 days of all 4 criteria being met.
Nearly. The account was an existing RBS select account
Switch account completed Friday 14 April
Deposited £1250 in account Friday 14 April
Email received Friday 14 to confirm switch gone through

    But no £200 yet
Existing customer could benefit form the £200 incentive, haven't had an incentive before from RBS but have from Nat West

Many people have received the offer despite having already previously received one (from a different division). Have you logged into mobile banking?

    (c) log into our mobile banking service within 60 days of switching to your existing eligible account.

For this requirement, and the £1,250 - do these have to be completed after the switch has completed, or just any time after filling in the switch request form please? Thanks

Switch completed to Ulster, everything done except I haven't recieved the "Customer Number" needed to log into online banking for the first time.

Went to the ATM with the card and haven't received the bonus yet either, and it's been a couple of weeks

I think you must be missing an e-mail. I received that 'Customer No.' e-mail about a week after I sent the form back and a week before the 'done and dusted' e-mail.

Presumably you can't login to online banking or register for the app, you would see your customer number there.

I would phone UB Customer Services.

Hello ... the sooner the better ... you will need the Customer Number from an e-mail you should receive about a week after the return of the form, this is needed to login online and register to use the app ... doing those two before the switch will mean the switch completion is the last condition.

Thanks @dealyboy - I’ve done the steps already for my NatWest and RBS - and I’ll do the Ulster ones as soon as I’ve got my online access etc.

Actually phoned RBS in the end and they confirmed I wasn't eligble for the £200 as I received a switching bonus from natwest in 2020. So there you go, computers do talk to each other and remember ! Worth a punt though
