Once £1250 is transferred, does it have to stay for few days or can it be transferred back same day?
Thanks0 -
Requirement is only for the money to be paid in. Nothing about how long until it can be withdrawn. A quick in and out job is all that is needed here, no need for the money to stick around.samal said:Once £1250 is transferred, does it have to stay for few days or can it be transferred back same day?

Same pattern for me. Switched into existing accounts, filled out both forms and deposited funds into each account and took out again. Total time taken, maybe 10min. Switch was on 1st and natwest paid today and no sign from RBS.Islarosie101 said:

Well i did submit a complaint and they sided with me, although i am still locked out of the app they gave £50 for letting me down, phillw said:
The switch offer was available to existing customers, so being a customer 20 years ago is fine.notquiteskint said:
After speaking with numerous bods i am no further forward to been able to use the app
which is part of the £200 offer which i may not even get if they hold details that long
However I think you need the app working to get the money
(d) log into our mobile banking service within 60 days of opening your new eligible account.
If you haven't raised a complain (which needs to start with the words "I want to make a complaint", just phoning up to say it's not working doesn't count) then you should do so.
The reason for your complaint is that you can't log in to mobile banking and therefore won't be able to receive the switch offer.
they also informed me that my mobile banking is only level 1 instant access and that i need level 2 access. To gain lvl2 i need a card reader which they are sending too me, i do have card readers from other banks but am not sure what i will need to do

I received the incentive yesterday following a successfully completed switch on 28/02.0

I still have an RBS account, in the past I've received incentives for both the RBS account and a NatWest account. These incentives were in 2019, I switched away the Natwest account over 2 years ago.
I read that I can maybe switch into my RBS account or is it open another alongside but obviously switch in a non RBS account?
I have other accounts to use for switching but the thought process here is getting the incentive. Reading others have managed it although I shouldn't really qualify but I'll take a chance.
Best hope for me with little faff, switch into the RBS account or open new? Switch into a new NatWest account or and I've never had one, an Ulster account? Who's keen at checking your past incentives or a case of just go for one and hope?0
