I have received my debit card and pin number and a text to say its all set up and I can log onto the app. I have not received an account number though. Maybe this was given to me when I applied, but if so I did not make a note of it. Should I expect a letter? I would have thought I would have received it before the debit card

Hi @anna42hmr many thanks for these updates. I am about a week behind you so these are keeping me right! I chanced it and tried both Ulster and Natwest, they seem to work differently. Ulster sent a letter to sign and with Natwest, I had to take a selfie and upload passport. I am hoping to bag 2 x £200.1
