Cashback via Quidco/TopCashback was available for the previous TSB incentive and currently their links to TSB go via a page that still details the November 2022 offer.Aidanmc said:Did someone mention you can get extra by using Quidco or Top Cash back?I never used thes sites before, which one is best?
Cashback sites can be very finicky about cookies/links/browser settings etc and I'd be minded to wait a day to see if these links point to the new offer.
As to which is better, I'd go with whichever is offering the greater bribe, but always assume it might not cough up.2 -

The "make at least 5 debit card payments per month" is easy and I will do that via Paypal, also to benefit from the cashback on the account.

Any way of how I can make Direct Debit payments to myself? The only real ones I have going out of my main account are gas & electricity. The only other thing I could imagine might work is making direct debit payments from the TSB account to repay credit cards or to pay into my regular savers. Would that work?Band7 said:

just a bit of pondering really. had the offer in Oct but switched out in Nov. just checked and i can still login using those credentials but obviously no accounts to see.
if i was going to try my luck should i open an account from within the login or as a completely new application?...again, pondering.
actual question: if i were to open a new account as a new customer would TSB just link me back to the previous login credentials or would i set up new? - anyone have experience of this particular scenario?0 -
You need 2 separate direct debits setup on the account. A single direct debit that goes out twice a month would not satisfy the requirementspecunianonolet said:How do I satisfy the "have a minimum of 2 active Direct Debits" requirement? have a minimum of 2 active Direct Debits on your new Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account
I go to the app, try to open an account and it punts me to a web page with a large overlay telling me to accept cookies with no way to accept cookies. Thanks TSB.0 -

TSB normally merge logins, although somehow this didn't happen for me when I opened an account for the October offer. Tempted to try opening one from the other logins and see what happens...

According to the new terms and conditions for this switching deal, you only need to make 20 debit card payments a month to get £5 now as well.
Though the email they just sent me, said 30. So that is going to be interesting....

So you say I can open Moneybox and Plum and set up a £5 direct debit for each to come from my TSB account and that way I have fulfilled the requirenment. Later I just withdraw and put it elsewhere. Onepounddd looks sketchy so no thank you.ndrw said:
