But it's not, at this moment, on the TSB website. It's not clear where you got the info from. Not doubting it's correct, just pointing out it's not yet on their website so cannot be verified.Band7 said:
Post #1 in this thread contains a copy of the T&Cs, as published on the TSB website.ndrw said:
Wait for the official terms to be published on the TSB website, then read them to see what does/doesn't qualify.Hattie627 said:I already have a Spend and Save current account. Can I open a second one to take advantage of this offer?
Correction - I'm wrong (I am sometimes!), it is there now, https://www.tsb.co.uk/tsb-current-account-switch-offer-terms-and-conditions3.pdf0 -
Seems as though its necessary to have the TSB app to qualify for the incentive.

T & Cs on this read a bit ambiguously:Hattie627 said:I already have a Spend and Save current account. Can I open a second one to take advantage of this offer?
"You can only benefit from this offer once. We won’t pay cashback again if you open a second account, either in your own name or in joint names."
Its not entirely clear (to me anyway) whether opening a second account (if you already have an existing one that didn't benefit from an incentive after 1 Oct 22) and using that for the switch qualifies...although you are only benefiting from the offer once so you are presumably meeting that stipulation. And it does say "won't pay cashback again" and it wouldn't be "again".
edit:
Andy on becleverwithyourcash says this "However, there’s nothing in the terms and conditions to say existing TSB customers can’t get the money – though you will need to open up a new account to qualify.". Although of course thats just his own view.0 -

TSB and their ambiguously worded offer conditions strike again!

How do I satisfy the "have a minimum of 2 active Direct Debits" requirement? Would it be ok to make 2 direct debit payments with Skipton BS each month?
The "make at least 5 debit card payments per month" is easy and I will do that via Paypal, also to benefit from the cashback on the account.0 -
It doesn't seem ambiguous to you; you've literally stated why you would qualify for the offer.Shedman said:

You cannot make any Direct Debit payments into Skipton. You need to find some real DDspecunianonolet said:How do I satisfy the "have a minimum of 2 active Direct Debits" requirement? Would it be ok to make 2 direct debit payments with Skipton BS each month?

Did someone mention you can get extra by using Quidco or Top Cash back?I never used thes sites before, which one is best?

I did mention it and then deleted it as when I checked you don't qualify for the cashback if you already have an existing TSB current account and I was responding to a query re second account. It would be OK if you don't already have an account.Aidanmc said:Did someone mention you can get extra by using Quidco or Top Cash back?I never used thes sites before, which one is best?I have found TCB generally is a bit more reliable in tracking and paying cashback, but I did successfully use Quidco when I opened my current TSB Spend & Save account (as they had an additional bonus at the time). So probably OK with either on this.1
