What do you think she should do ,

do she write a letter to landlord address and say she’s sorry and she won’t miss rental payments again and forgive her in such a way...

    or continue to pay rent?

Very difficult decision. I can understand why you need to ask for advice on this, but I think on balance that continuing to pay rent just might be the best course of action.
It is difficult would the g17 and g11 give posession to her landlord she don’t want to be set up and get chucked out.

She’s got a 12 month contract so if she did leave would she have to be liable for that? Would seem harsh when the landlord is actively trying to evict her.

He still wants to evict even though arrears paid and she’s paying normal monthly payments in March as she’s paid February’s payment with arrears ,

does the LL have a leg to stand on to evict and get posession order my friend is in bits

No idea to be honest. Sounds like the relationship has broken down though so she should probably prepare for the fact she will be leaving the house at some point in the near future.

Friend should continue to pay the rent in the hope of getting a half decent reference. Friend should find somewhere else to live and make sure that friend pays the rent on time every time regardless of any fraud, bank closures or other dire situations.
    Credit card debt - NIL
Home improvement secured loans 30,130/41,000 and 23,156/28,000 End 2027 and 2029
    Mortgage 64,513/100,000 End Nov 2035
2022 all rolling into new mortgage + extra to finish house. 125,000 End 2036

Friend has been advised of this numerous times on this thread now, care of the OP. It seems that either Friend is looking for any excuse to fail to pay the rent, or that either Friend or the OP are being extremely slow to grasp a very simple concept which has been explained in almost every post replying.
It’s not our fault that I have mental health and don’t understand some sentences sometimes.

So she should find somewhere else and continue to pay rent is this CORRECT

You have been told numerous times that a possession order could be granted on the basis of G10 and G11. But it would be discretionary, and no-one can give you a definitive answer as to which way the judge would go, or what the odds are.
Since Your Friend has nothing to lose, it's recommended that she goes to court and defends the claim. If she wins, the LL will not be able to attempt end her tenancy by way of an S21 until November. By the time that goes through, it will probably be March '24.
If she loses, nothing has changed. In the meantime, of course she should continue to pay her rent, on the day it is due.
However many times you ask the same question on here, the reply is not going to change.
