Breathing space will not stop a section 21 and the landlord can still apply to the court if she doesn't move out. A section 8 for rent arears cannot be served whilst a tenant is in breathing space

The section 8 was served before the breathing space was applied for, allegedly.

I did some digging and found out that my friend was lying she didn’t pay the rent at all! 😡 it is in a breathing space also!!! 

Even it said the breathing space cancelled the s8 !!!! 

I’ve cut ties with her

Yep found out that she didn’t pay the rent arrears and she’s currently in breathing space! 😡😡

So that s8 it had it must had been cancelled now then ! I honestly don’t know how they’re not hanging they’re head in shame
