I went all the way through November 2021 I still can’t find it

I mean to November 21, didn’t find it in 2022

I can't find the photos either but we've seen them.  They only say £5 except one that mentions the £100.

I recall photos showing the approach roadway with a metal high bar above the lanes snd a small yellow sign mentioning £5 to drop off. And someone took pics of the other signs too.  Very vague and non-prominent.

Gatwick replied back. They instructed NCP to withdraw the PCN from BW legal and reduced it to £15.

Are challenging these still having positive results?? I have recently received a PCN.  I forgot to pay, called 8 days later and tried to pay and was told I couldn't.  The contravention was on May 7th and the PCN issue on June 15th (38 days later).  Should I appeal or pay the £15?
