This relationship situation is awful and a similar one i found myself in many years ago,  i hope yours goes smoothly now.

More of an update.

I had arranged a Guarantor for her as well for her next place, but this has now fell through as he isn't comfortable with it anymore. 

He wanted to do for a fixed period of say 2 years, he then said it was OK for him to be a guarantor without that stipulation, but he has now changed his mind. 

Obviously not ideal for her, but inside I am relieved tbh. He said to me that he wanted me to deal with it if any non-payment issues arose. I didn't really want that worry and stress. It was his choice though.

Whatever you do, don't agree to personally be her guarantor!!!

Remember, this is only your "problem" for another 4 weeks...don't extend it.

Oh no, I won't do that, don't worry. 

It's just made the situation a bit more difficult, that's all.

Not for you it hasn't - it's only made the situation more difficult for her.
Her problems are NOT your problems unless you make them so.

That is a huge weight and responsibility.

You have done more than enough from what you have stated.

It comes across that you have spoilt her and she does not see herself renting a place by herself.

Maybe the local council can help her but DO NOT be a guarantor as if she unable to pay they will come after you.
