thank you, it feels like it has been a long hard slog but now can see the light at the end of the tunnel 😁 I am aiming for Sept, to make it 2 years exactly from my lightbulb moment but I slow down in summer so probably dreaming, lol.ThriftyPrincess40 said:Highlanddream said:I am getting toward being really really pleased about my pay down amount next week ( pay day friday), thought it was only going to be 525, it's looking like it is going to be 775, will then try and make up 225 through my side hustle throughout the month, for some reason it has made me grin. I originally thought I would only be able to 275 this month due to other bills. I really do need some 'new' clothes ( vinted) etc but mentally seeing the figure go down like that I will be over the moon. Whoop whoop, does a happy dance.
Oh and 5lb lost in weight since the 6th, I am doing it 'naturally' after reading some of the groups about jabs and the problems people have. 😲.
Well done on the weight loss and pay downs!! Two years would be amazing though. As you get closer I'll reckon you will have a big blast of motivation to see you through.Highlanddream said:

No news as yet. This would be the third time they renew it (if they do) so I'm hopeful in the sense that the works there. Two of us do this job and we are both on temp contracts with the same end date. The new system is brought in very close to our contract end date and that is what makes me nervous. I'll start asking more about it soon. The last two times I only found out with a week or two to go so they are v last minute.com 😂Highlanddream said:@NeverendingDMP, any news on your contract?Jan 18 Joint debts 35,213

Thank you - about the amount I have paid off. The waiting is really frustrating, I struggle waiting for pay day to get the next chunk off. Not sure what I am going to think about when it is all gone 🤣. I had an unexpected extra £50 this morning, from a side hustle, so that has gone straight off the credit card - under the 1000 on that one now.ThriftyPrincess40 said:I’ll update my total beginning of feb as I need to wait until cc statements come to account for the high interests 🙄 it’s frustrating waiting🤯Sept 24 : £32000 Sep 25 - £10356 Feb 26 - £7545

You’re smashing it 💪🏻❤️ I sometimes think the same when the debts gone, but I’m hoping one day I might get a mortgage of my own, that’s the dream 💕Highlanddream said:
