Paid £90 off high interest card this week, hoping to do another £40 by the end of the day dependent on prolific cash out
That's good and every payment you make will reduce that interest too. I've got a plumber coming this week. Once that's paid for I'll know if I'm in debt by more or by less 😂

ohhh no @NeverendingDMP. That's a shame, there is always something isn't there. Well done @ThriftyPrincess40, great amount. I am working towards paying £525 on the 23rd off my debt, fingers crossed. Quite pleased, only expected about £275.

That sounds a good amount. @Highlanddream
This is something we've been trying to get someone to turn up to for a while. But I dipped in the money over Xmas. I'll know next week how much that's gonna affect the budget. We've given up on the first plumber who started the job. It's only a few hrs work so we will know the damage soon enough 😂

woo hoo well done. You are really smashing it. Have you broken it down into monthly amounts or just going for it? I quite like another monthly target to aim towards, then I pester AI to work the figures out for me. It must be so fed up with me repeating myself all the time! 😂 I can't wait to get going, but I will have put away a good chunk for my MOT and service so although it is annoying not paying anything off until pay day at least that money is put away.

A couple of hrs doesn't sound too painful, hope it will be reasonable 🤞.

I have monthly amounts I can manage but then I do everything possible to just throw more at it, I live very frugally as no choice, so don’t have my heating or hot water on, I boil kettle around 2 -3 times a day and use kettle to wash up every 3 days, I walk every way possible and have a petrol budget (where I use lower amount weekly and use this toward) I don’t really eat but have good family that buy me milk and bread. I don’t drink or smoke. I ask for toiletries at Xmas and birthdays, and I just go with out in general. My dog is my world so I move heaven and earth and ensure her budget for food flea and worm goes at same time as rent and essential bills. I don’t use much water either. I’m learning to cope with the consequences of fleeing an abusive relationship. I don’t get any benefits either as I  want to work despite struggling both physical and psychological after effects.
