So my 1% for debts is £55. Ive paid some off today so it's not likely to change much more this month. My fixed term at work ends in March but if that's renewed the plan is to pay off everything except the old damp debts this year then save a settlement fund for those with a view to finally clearing them in 2027!
DH still has debts being paid from our account but he's not interested in them so I'm aiming for mine to feel like I've achieved something 😂Jan 18 Joint debts 35,213
Mortgage Jan 18- 77224 Jan 26- just under 64k
June 25 Debts in my name were £5170. Now 5178 (Jan 26)
DH debts ?? at a guess £15k1 -

Great to have you aboard @ThriftyPrincess40. Congratulations on your £480 today, that's a brilliant start - looks like you will soon knock that cc debt down😁. I make it over 3% paid, and it's only the 1st of Jan!ThriftyPrincess40 said:Please could I join? I wasn’t sure if I could manage it but after seeing what I managed today I have hope. I have had it renewed twice since my initial 6 months contract but there are a lot of changes going on and new systems being brought in at the moment so I'm not completely sure this time. I'm trying to be aware of it but not worry. (Damp should be dmp btw. Whoops). The dmp debts cant take what I don't have and neither can the universal credit one. If I just have those left by march then it's a win I suppose. It's a big ask as the kids b days are all in the first few months but I'll see.Highlanddream said:

You have my sympathy, it's a horrible feeling not knowing. Keeping everything crossed for you. I figure dump meant DMP, it made me laugh!NeverendingDMP said:
