yay - twice in one day. I've managed to add a bit more to the OP savings pot today thanks to:-

    £  17.76 from a FB order
£150.00 from rent increases (forgot to transfer it last month)
    £    0.27 interest
£    7.00 from scratch cards I found when tidying up
    £  10.00 from Airtime rewards

So my total now currently stands at £66663.49/£81700 = 81.59%

I'm creeping towards the next whole percent very slowly but at least I've just gone past another half a percent mark :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

The interest hike on BTL1 is certainly keeping me motivated to get this BTL2 mortgage saved for in full before that ones rate expires in February 26 :)

That said sadly I've not got much progress to report other than £30 in tips and my BK wages for two weeks (£190.08) have been added into the OP savings account :)

So my total now currently stands at £66553.46/£81700 = 81.46%

Creeping up really slowly but at least we are going in the right direction :)
You do well in tips, that's amazing, especially in the current climate. Pay day on my main job - next week, which will take me 56%. Most of my employed job pays down the debt and self employed pays the bills, lol. I am trying to up the self employed to add extra to the pay down, you have inspired me!  :D I must remember to put more back for tax though.

I have just changed loans to a lower rate one and a shorter term for the same amount each month. Think it will save 3 months and £300 in interest. Not a lot but figure mentally it was worth it.  I am planning to overpay it when I pay off the 2 cc's. The monthly interest is lower.

Not sure how to add a signature on here, would say Sept 24 owed £32000, May 25 £14000.
    Sept 24 : £32000

That's amazing progress highlanddream - at this rate you will be debt free in no time and living your dream.

Yeah people are lovely who come into the cafe and I serve quite a lot of regular big groups who seem to appreciate the service I give them (not that sort of service - just realised that sounded bad!!). We work on the system that we share all the tips out between all the staff which is a bit annoying if I'm honest as the others don't seem to get as much as I do but hey I'm happy with the extra little bonuses I get usually once a year but obviously with the cafe being sold they have cashed then out early.

Great news on the lower rate and lower term. They will be paid off in no time :)

It really is - all those small amounts over time add up to big ones - I had a wobble a few months ago where I stopped doing all the small things but I really noticed the difference so I'm back chasing the pennies again :)

Fantastic news, you will soon overtake me the way you are going. :D. 82% , you will be at 90 by the end of July! You will definitely be done by Christmas.  I have done ok on my self employed over the weekend but I had to buy a new top & trousers for work. I haven't actually bought any clothes since I started this. Although I feel guilty I also desperately need new (will look at secondhand for some more) clothes, sewn up holes and some worn through, lol. I am also trying to lose weight so don't want to buy too much new stuff. 6 kg down , 20 to go, lol. I am hoping to whack some of the weekends earnings off some debt as a little extra. Fingers crossed. I will be able to tell on my employed pay day how much spare I will have.
