I'm back - so sorry been so busy I have not had time to type up my progress but I am pleased to report that since my last post I have managed to add the following into the OP savings account:-

£ 274.38 from original cafe wages
£   61.70 interest from one savings account
£ 608.00 from subscriptions cuts, mortgage payments already paid off etc
£ 387.72 from new cafe wages
    £ 220.08 from BK wages
    _______
    £1551.88

So my total now currently stands at £68549.42/£81700 = 83.90%  :)

Me again - I wanted to share that we paid off our BTL1 mortgage in full today which feels so good.

It means that as of today we now own two houses outright without any mortgages (our own house and the first rental house we bought 10 years ago) :) Just typing that makes me happy :)

That's two down and two to go :)

It has certainly given me that bit extra motivation to get that feeling again for BTL2 :) Only another 17% (£13889) and we will be there :)

Sorry last time I promise for today :)

I have added a further £1700 into the OP savings account from my hubby's OT for last month which I had forgotten to transfer :) I still have another £300 to transfer but have reached my transfer limit for today so will add that in tomorrow along with my Etsy earnings I should receive :)

So my total now currently stands at £70249.42/£81700 = 85.98%  <3

Good morning - no posts for days and then 4 all in a row - sorry ;)

I have transferred over the remaining £300 from hubby's OT and also added 98.06 from my Etsy earnings.

So my total now currently stands at £70647.48/£81700 = 86.47%  <3

I'm getting closer :)  Only just over £11K left to find before we have enough to pay this mortgage off :)

Thought I'd do a count up. I'm at 36% paid. U credit and two defaulted c cards left in my name. U credit haven't asked for the money back yet but I've included it in my total ready for it. Next step is to save the equivalent of the u credit so it's debt neutral ready for when the letter drops 😂
