Me again - I wanted to share that we paid of our BTL1 mortgage in full today which feels so good.
It means that as of today we now own two houses outright without any mortgages (our own house and the first rental house we bought 10 years ago)Just typing that makes me happy
That's two down and two to go
It has certainly given me that bit extra motivation to get that feeling again for BTL2Only another 17% (£13889) and we will be there

Thought I'd do a count up. I'm at 36% paid. U credit and two defaulted c cards left in my name. U credit haven't asked for the money back yet but I've included it in my total ready for it. Next step is to save the equivalent of the u credit so it's debt neutral ready for when the letter drops 😂Jan 18 Joint debts 35,213
