So glad I've not scared you all off. I'm just popping in to declare a little bit more I have managed to add to my OP savings account.

£10 from two NSD's and £100 from my paypal account (thanks to some sales in my business) so my total now stands at:-

    £13284.79/£47300 = 28.08%

I should hit 28.5% tomorrow as it's Etsy payday (£101 owed) and I will be paying in my chipping wages too (£110.70) :)

    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

    Me again :)

My Etsy earnings have been paid (£101.55) and I have also paid in my chippy earnings of £110.70 together with £5 for a NSD today.
My DD has also gone into the savings account today for £258 which is the money I am saving each month from cancelled subscriptions and haggled prices for phone, SKY etc so I can declare my total now stands at:-

    £13760.04/£47300 = 29.09% :)

Wahoo - less  than 1% to reach the 30% mark :)
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

    Guess who?

I've managed to add a further £10.55 to the OP savings pot today from Oh My Dosh. Not much but I'm convinced that every penny does make a difference and help us and it makes those percentages move a little closer in the right direction.

So my total now stands at:-

    £13770.59/£47300 = 29.11%
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

I’m a firm believer that every penny does make a difference too @Craftingmad
Well done you. If I wasn’t making regular small payments to my higher interest rate mortgage I’d be posting every bit as much as you are on this thread, if not more.
Keep the payments coming, whatever the amount

Definitely pennies make pounds. Doing well. Won't be long before you've paid a third.
My fix rate ends next August for my mgage Antomac. Not looking forward to it I must say so trying to get a handle on the debts before hand.
    Jan 18 Joint debts 35,213

    Mortgage Jan 18- 77224 May 25- just under 65k

June 25 Debts in my name only £5170. DH can't keep track...

Thanks AutoMac - those little extra payments will be making a big difference I bet :)

Oh bless you. I'm dreading ours ending as the rates have changed so much since we last fixed.
We also want to change one of ours over from interest only to repayment when it comes up for renewal in two years time so I dare not even think yet how much extra that will be a month!!
At least it is providing me with some motivation to get my butt in gear and pay off as much as we possibly can.

You've got this and I bet your debts will be clear when the time coms - good luck :)

I hadn't even thought about nearly reaching a third paid off - when put like that it sounds like good progress - thanks for cheering me up on this freezing cold day x

Another £5 to declare from me made up of a NSD yesterday.
Not much but it all counts and its money for the mortgage rather than being frittered away on stuff I really don't need :)

    Total now stands at:-

    £13775.59/£47300 = 29.12%

Another £5 to add for me as I got a free chippy dinner yesterday after my shift and some sausages for my doggy.

That takes my total up to:-

    £13780.59/£47300 = 29.13%

Not much but it's moved me another 0.01% closer :)
