Thank you. Sometimes we have to go backwards before we can go forwards - I've been there many times. I have total faith in you that you will be able to get going in the right direction at some point though. Good luck x

Another £5 added to the pot today thanks to NSD (well I actually spent 80p but I'm not counting that as it was for the puppy dog) so can now declare my total to be:-

    £11580.10/£47300 = 24.48%

    That's moved me another 0.01% closer ;)

    Every penny counts thought right?

I'm back again claiming a further £23 added to my total thanks to NSD's and a FB Marketplace sale.

So my total now stands at:-

    £11603.10/£47300 = 24.53%

I'm so frustrated at my slow progress to reach that magic 25% - I WILL achieve it soon I hope.

I do have a cheque waiting to clear for £10.95, a refund due of £10 odd and a person hopefully collecting something from FB Marketplace for £30 on Sat so hopefully these can all be added to my total very soon. I also start my first shift at a local chip shop tonight so this should help to add to my totals and get me to achieve my goal :)

    You’re doing brilliantly @craftingmad
Bear in mind 1% of your debt is the best part of 500 quid. Hope the shift at the chip shop has gone well.
I got my sums wrong earlier so my actual total repaid so far is
    £672/£4922 I.e 13.65%

Thank you. I feel like my progress is slow but I am proud of how much we have achieved in a relatively short amount of time. Fingers crossed we can keep it up. My business has died the last few months as I don't think people have the money to spend on gifts for others at the moment but the chip shop went well so hopefully this will top my money back up and give me around £300 a month to throw at the mortgage debts :)

I hate it when I miscalculate but that is still an amazing amount towards your debt - I hope you are proud too x

Me again popping in to declare a further £31.44 made up of a couple of NSD's, the cheque mentioned above clearing and a refund from being charged twice for something which I had not noticed until I completed my accounts so I've added it to the savings pot.

    My total now stands at:-

    £11634.54/£47300 = 24.59%

Not much percentage difference from last time but at least it is slowly creeping up in the right direction.
I WILL make the 25% very soon I hope!!!!

    Guess who  :p

I'm just popping back in to declare another £31 made up of selling something on FB marketplace and using a £1 coupon yesterday :)

This takes my total to £11665.54/£47300 = 24.69%

I'm creeping in the right direction and next week I will get my chippy wages to add on so those will push me even closer to the 25% I dream of ;)

    How's everyone else getting on?

whoops it's me again - sorry for my almost daily posts but I have to add to my total when I do it or else I will forget ;)

Today is interest added day so I can declare a further £189.53 from this, £5 for a NSD, £10 reward from shop and scan and £5 reward from Mistplay (both amazon vouchers but I add the cash amount to the pot) :)

So my total now stands at:-

    £11880.07/£47300 = 25.11%

I've just crossed the 25% mark - I could run around shouting it from the rooftops  :D
